Documenta y sistematiza violaciones a derechos humanos y las diversas problemáticas enfrentadas por las comunidades migrantes, con el objetivo de desarrollar rutas de incidencia y acceso a derechos en colaboración con autoridades, líderes migrantes y distintos actores clave. Además, investiga y analiza las políticas migratorias cambiantes y el contexto de las comunidades migrantes, y coordina plataformas de liderazgo, como el Parlamento Migrante, con el objetivo de fomentar la participación activa de líderes migrantes.

Actividades de incidencia destacadas:

• Parlamento Migrante
  Contribuimos al desarrollo de liderazgo migrante construyendo espacios de diálogo y acompañando propuestas legislativas que surgen en ellos. En 2023 y 2024, 37 líderes migrantes presentaron sus iniciativas en el Congreso de Baja California, abordando temas como educación, violencia obstétrica y oportunidades laborales, fortaleciendo su participación en la agenda pública.

• Voces y colores

Este parlamento de la niñez busca crear espacios seguros para que NNA migrantes expresen sus ideas, inquietudes y propuestas a través del juego, la narración y el arte, fomentando su participación activa, visibilizando sus voces y perspectivas en temas que impactan su vida y derechos. 

• Solidaridad con Palestina
  Reafirmamos nuestra solidaridad con Palestina, reconociendo las profundas conexiones entre la lucha del pueblo palestino y la lucha por los derechos de las personas migrantes en la frontera México-Estados Unidos. A través de actividades educativas, culturales y de protesta, visibilizamos estas realidades compartidas y denunciamos las políticas de militarización y exclusión que afectan a ambas comunidades. Organizamos conversatorios, talleres y acciones públicas, trabajando especialmente con la niñez para construir mensajes de paz y resistencia colectiva. Estas iniciativas fortalecen nuestro compromiso con la justicia global, tejiendo puentes entre fronteras y luchas que, aunque distantes, comparten raíces comunes de opresión y esperanza.

We contribute to the development of migrant leadership by building spaces for dialogue and supporting legislative proposals that arise in them. In 2023 and 2024, 37 migrant leaders presented their initiatives in Baja California’s State Congress, addressing issues such as education, obstetric violence, and job opportunities, strengthening their participation in the public agenda.

This Children's Parliament seeks to create safe spaces for migrant children and adolescents to express their ideas, concerns and proposals through play, storytelling and art, encouraging their active participation and making their voices and perspectives visible on issues that impact their lives and rights.

• Solidarity with Palestine

We reaffirm our solidarity with Palestine, recognizing the deep connections between the struggle of the Palestinian people and the struggle for the rights of migrants on the Mexico-United States border. Through educational, cultural and protest activities, we make these shared realities visible and denounce the policies of militarization and exclusion that affect both communities. We organize discussions, workshops and public actions, working especially with children to build messages of peace and collective resistance. These initiatives strengthen our commitment to global justice, building bridges between borders and struggles that, although distant, share common roots of oppression and hope.
