RELEASE ON THE SITUATION OF VIOLENCE IN BAJA CALIFORNIA

Given the reprehensible incidents of narco-terrorism registered this month in four municipalities of Baja California: Mexicali, Tecate, Tijuana, and Ensenada. Espacio Migrante, organizations based in Tijuana, and the Observatory of Racism in Mexico and Central America issue this statement to spread this situation.
